It’s time to get acquainted with one of Australia’s most prolific comedy groups: Aunty Donna.
In the 12 years since the trio was formed in Melbourne, Mark, Broden and Zach have accomplished both the impossible and the improbable.
They’ve sold out comedy shows across the globe, created and starred in their own television series, and even published a book about the timeless Christmas pud.
While tours and shows may come and go, the trio have found a constant creative outlet with their eponymous audio series, The Aunty Donna Podcast, which has boasted over 340 episodes since it was started back in 2016.
But here’s the thing: you don’t need to listen to all 300+ episodes to get into it!
The weekly series occasionally features recurring characters and plot lines, but the improvised nature means each episode stands on its own, with varying levels of unhingedness (we know that’s not a word, but it’s the only way to describe it.)
Now, we could just say ‘the best place to start is with each new episode, released every Wednesday’, but that wouldn’t do the boys justice!
