Australian boxer, Harry Garside, spent years telling the world (and himself) that he would win a gold medal at the Paris Olympics. He came home without the gold medal, but in the 20 years he spent trying to achieve his goal, he became friends with himself, which to Harry is more valuable than any medal.
In this episode of KICPOD Harry sits down with Steph & Laura to debrief how he is feeling post-Olympics, the importance of feeling the failure, his purpose, what his next goal is, and what he is learning from putting himself through an uncomfortable challenge every month for the past five years.
