Dr Peter Larkins joined Xav and Michelle for Breakfast detailing the latest on Peter Bol’s doping case, revealing his B sample has been sent for further testing.
He reveals that the second sample tested wasn’t negative but was atypical.
“Atypical means it goes to an investigative committee of experts internationally, could take some time to get that committee to give an opinion,” Dr Larkins said on Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.
“Urine tests are only about 60-80% accurate…and the blood test, 91%, so in fact it’s not an infallible test anyway.”
