Caleb Serong Credits Sports Psychologist For Successful Season

Caleb Serong attributes his AFL success to a dedicated pre-season and support from a sports psychologist, holding the longest streak of 20+ disposals in games via Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.

LISTEN:

“This year I was able to have continuity throughout the whole pre-season, didn’t miss a session…you go into the season with real confidence in your body,” Caleb said on a Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.

“I put a lot of work in with a sports psych over the break…I’ve had some amazing growth in that area as a result in him.”

Caleb also talks the wide-margin Derby win and how they mistook boos for themselves, only to realise it was because they turned off the Matildas game on the screens.
