Max Gawn admits he’s tired of the constant speculation surrounding his club, again throwing support behind teammate Clayton Oliver amid further trade speculation.
“People ask for my opinion. I don’t sit in list management, and I don’t want to … I’m getting a little annoyed about how many of our opinions are getting out,” Gawn told Triple M Breakfast with Rosie, Wil & Daisy.
“There are ten people who sit in list management who know a lot more than me.”
Gawn said he’s had tough conversations with Oliver, and will continue to support the midfielder as he would every other player on the Demons list.
“My job is to put my arm around Clayton throughout this whole process.”
“I love Clayton the player, but I love the Clayton the person so much more.”
