Lions CEO Greg Swann has told Triple M Breakfast with Marto, Margaux and Dan that the club will meet with Grand Final hero Joe Daniher later this week to discuss his future.

LISTEN HERE:

“He was one of the better ones (during the celebrations) too. He turned up on the Sunday still in his gear and everybody else had gone home and changed. He still had his gear on, boots and all.”

“We’re trying to catch up with him later in the week.”

“The story is pretty strong that he’s got the medal and that’s all he wanted to play for and he might give it away.”
