Shane Flanagan Clean-Out Continues! The Feagai Brothers About To Be Split Apart?

Triple M’s own Brent Read has revealed that incoming St George Illawarra Dragons coach Shane Flanagan’s aggressive rebuild as taken another turn.

Joining The Rush Hour with Gus, Jude & Wendell, Ready stated that junior product Max Feagai has been told he can look elsewhere, cutting his spell at the Saints short and leaving his brother Matt behind.

Flanagan has tried to move on as many players as possible ahead of the 2024 season in an effort to quickly galvanise a club who have only made two trips to the finals since 2012.

‘What makes it really interesting is that his brother plays at the club but also, his partner plays at the club as well,’ said Ready.

‘Flanno’s taking a very aggressive approach to that playing group.’
