“It Turned Out To Be A Really Aggressive Melanoma” Ch 9’s Luke Bradnam’s Message For Queenslanders

Channel 9 Weather Presenter, Luke Bradnam joins the Queensland Rush Hour with an important message to all Queenslanders. Luke recently had a health scare when a melanoma was removed from his torso, following a request from his wife to get a skin check. His wife requested for him to see the doctor but he put it off for weeks and weeks until he finally decided to see one “just to shut her up I went a got it checked out”.

To Luke’s surprise, the mole his wife was worried about was fine, it was another one on his chest the doctor flagged.

“It turned out to be a really aggressive Melanoma”

He shares his story with AB and Producer Luke and provides some tips for Queenslanders to protect themselves.
