The Rush Hour QLD’s A.B and Elliott are joined by Jeremy De Haan from Jeremy’s Reptile Relocations Townsville to give his biggest tips and concerns for this snake season in Queensland.
Jeremy says “typically August/September is when the breeding season kicks off” where the male snake will travel big distances to find a female.
He says it’s a “concerning time of year especially for pets” where snakes are traveling through peoples backyards although the snake isn’t wanting or looking for conflict sometimes it happens with your beloved pet or even yourself.
