Newcastle Jets women’s coach Gary van Egmond joined Tanya & Steve this morning and spoke about the effect Matildas Mania has had on women’s soccer in Australia.
“It’s fantastic to see what’s happened with the Matildas in regards to the interest and the support that they’re getting,” Van Egmond said.
“It’s amazing what a World Cup can do.”
