Senior AFL journalist Damian Barrett joined Triple M’s Rush Hour after a big week of off-field controversies.
Barrett touched on the clouded future of North Melbourne midfielder Tarryn Thomas.
“There has certainly been a condition of the North Melbourne Footy Club that it’s going to be a sizeable sanction.”
“What that looks like is yet to have it’s finality attached to it.”
Barrett believes that Thomas has played his last game for North Melbourne and could be lost to the AFL all together.
“They (North Melbourne) are going forward without him, and I don’t see him playing for North Melbourne again. If at all in the AFL system.”
