Liz Cambage is making a habit of bad breakups with her teams and coaches – the latest episode leaving her WNBA career in tatters. She’s split with the LA Sparks and seems unlikely to get a new WNBA contract any time soon. When she joined the Sparks she took a shot at the Australian basketball setup, saying she wasn’t supported by the Opals but that she now feels like she’s getting that support.
Now that she’s without a team, does that open a return to Australian colours?
