Blues skipper James Tedesco says he has “a lot of confidence and belief” Mitchell Moses will step up for New South Wales as Brad Fittler’s men aim to avoid losing back-to-back series ahead of Game II.

Moses’ recall into the Origin arena this week has been the most significant talking point in the game, with Fittler stunning some pundits in the game by electing to go with the Eels playmaker ahead of reigning Dally M medal winner Nicho Hynes.
Tedesco spoke only about Moses’ recall and revealed what he sees in the playmaker that will bring success to the Blues.
“He’s grown a lot more,” Tedesco said on Triple M’s Rush Hour.
