Triple M’s and dual code legend Wendell Sailor believes Ben Hunt is better off finding a new club if the playmaker is unable to see eye-to-eye with the club on its search for a new head coach.

Anthony Griffin’s future has been one of the biggest talking points this season after the Dragons told the veteran coach to reapply for his job for next year and beyond.
But after reports this week claimed that Griffin could be terminated well before the end of the season, Hunt was asked whether he would support the coaching change.
“I believe if you take away your coach and bring a new coach in, it’s going to start that cycle again and to be honest I don’t have the time to start it all again,” Hunt told reporters earlier this week.”
While Sailor said he hopes Hunt stays at the club, he explained why the playmaker should move on if he’s unhappy with the club’s direction, should the Dragons part ways with Griffin.
“I know what he’s saying, but if Ben’s not happy there, he can move on as well. Simple as that,” Sailor said on Triple M’s NRL coverage.
