Ryan Girdler has raised concern over the NSW Blues’ team culture, after the Blues slumped to an Origin series loss in Brisbane.
Speaking on Triple M NRL‘s call of the State of Origin Game 2 at Suncorp Stadium, Girdler suggested that some of the external appearances of the NSW Camp could be looked at by those within.
“The thing about the Queensland camp, it just doesn’t look like an RnB film clip,” he said.
“You see clips coming out on social media… a lot of people resonate with the way Queensland prepare, the way they go about their business.
“It’s just done differently in New South Wales, and maybe that’s what they need to look at, those peripherals.”
