Port Adelaide captain Tom Jonas joined Roo, Ditts & Loz this morning and backed in the AFL’s concussion protocols.
“The players that do have injuries caused by football that limit their capacity after the game, they do actually go and get helped out by a fund that is put away through the collective bargaining agreement,” Jonas said.
“We do look after our own as well as possible.”
The AFL are facing their second class action, brought forward by players who have been permanently damaged by concussions and head knocks during their careers.
