Rugby league legend Peter Sterling joined The Rush Hour with Gus, Jude & Wendell to talk about the Parramatta great presenting the Clive Churchill Medal on Grand Final day.

The honour of winning the man of the match award is a dream for many footy players.
To be presented by one of the greats would be an incredible achievement.
Well…
Seems like no one decided to mention it to him!
“Well to be honest about it no one has spoken to me about it,” said a surprised Sterling.
“No one’s been in touch with me about it.
“I actually have plans that weekend!
“I’m going away for a golf weekend!”
The medal presenting duties had been taken away after Clive Churchill’s son Rod was stripped of his duties because of inflammatory comments about Rabbitohs star Latrell Mitchell.
And as of right now there isn’t an actual replacement.
