Aaron Woods on Triple M Breakfast stated that the Newcastle Knights aren’t messing around as they aim to weaponise superstar Kalyn Ponga with a squad they believe will be able to win the premiership.
Parramatta Eels star Dylan Brown may be on the move, and the Knights are prepared to offer him, “the largest contract that’s ever been offered.”
Woodsy explained that there are two clubs in the running but according to Brown’s own management the Knights are firmly the favoured option.
“[One] deal is worth $13m over 10 years,” said Woods.
“The other club we’re not sure but they’re going going to pull out of the race and that’s from Dylan Brown’s management.”
