With the November 1 “free agency” looming the Panthers have stepped up their offer to retain Triple Premiership winner Jarome Luai.
Sydney Morning Herald’s Michael Chammas is reporting the Panthers have offered Luai a two-year, $1.7 million extension that would keep him at the club until at least 2026.
Luai could attract offers of $1 million per season on the open market.
