Schuster only signed a mammoth 800k four-year extension late last year but has struggled to find playing time within the first time.
It’s been a complicated road for both player and club in what has been a relationship full of ups and downs and Weidler explained what has gone down in Brookvale.
“He hasn’t lived up to his potential,” said Weidler.
“He hasn’t lived up to his salary.”
