Ryan Papenhuyzen Says Round 6-8 Return Timetable Is ‘Ambitious’

Storm star Ryan Papenhuyzen has revealed his hopes of returning around Rounds 6-8 looms as an “ambitious” task.

LISTEN HERE:

The 24-year-old’s 2022 season was cut short after suffering a nasty kneecap injury,
with the club last week announcing that a return in Rounds 6-8 would be the current timetable.

Papenhuyzen shattered his patella into 10 pieces, an injury which forced him to travel to the USA recently to speak with specialist Bill Knowles

“Something came out the other week that I’d be back around Rounds 6-8, that’s a little bit ambitious at the moment… it’s a slow process,” he said on Triple M’s Rush Hour.
