Lawyer Greg Griffin On The Concussion Class Action Against The AFL

South Australian Lawyer Greg Griffin, joined Bernie, Blewey and Jars to discuss the class action against The AFL.

LISTEN HERE:

“It’s a serious breach of their duty to the players” says Griffin.

“What you (players) never agreed to is to be put at unnecessary risk… The AFL knew that they should be removing concussed players from the field of play.”

The AFL are facing their second concussion class action, led by Greg Griffin.

Griffin expects over 100 players to be involved.
