NRL legend and Triple M’s James Graham has doubled down on his support of the NRL’s tougher stance on concussion as several former players continue to come forward with brain injuries.

The league earlier this week made headlines when it was confirmed that a mandatory 11-day stand-down period would be enforced for any player who is concussed.
Graham said the NRL’s new policy is “a step in the right direction” amid a wave of former players grappling with serious brain injuries.
“There are so many former players that are lost at the minute, absolutely lost.. so many reach out to me,” Graham said on Triple M’s NRL coverage.
