Stuart Broad has dived into his relationship with David Warner on the latest episode of The Howie Games, stating he finds him “really difficult to bowl at”.
Broad joined Howie on the show for episode 187 and was asked about how he finds bowling to Warner, who he’s dismissed 17 times in international cricket.
But Broad spoke highly of Warner on the podcast – and is just glad they’re going at it in the Ashes again.
“We shared a glass of red in Hobart (in 2022) and thought, well, we won’t be in battle again,” he recalled.
“The biggest compliment I can pay him is I had to change my whole style of bowling aimed at his style of batting.”
