“That’s Part Of The Journey”: Mitch Marsh Opens Up On The Struggles He’s Had To Overcome

Mitch Marsh blew the minds of Australians on day one at Headingley as he scored 118 off 118 balls, his first Test century in over five years.

But, as Mitch admits, the ride has not been easy.

Two years ago – when out of the Test team – he opened up to Mark Howard on The Howie Games about the struggles he’s had to overcome with injury, form and criticism from the public.

It’s a gripping story that includes standing at the top of his mark on Boxing Day nearly in tears as he was being booed by the crowd, as well as the anxiety of not wanting to play at all.

It’s a ripper of a story from a ripper of a human being.
