Australia romped home to a sixth World Cup win on Sunday night – and there’s a selection call that deserves more credit, according to Brad Haddin.
It’s a decision that came from the head honchos in George Bailey and Andrew McDonald pre-tournament.
“They had to make a decision, they went into the World Cup with one player down,” he explained on the latest episode of Willow Talk with Adam Peacock and Alyssa Healy.
“That’s a big decision, in your marquee tournament, to have one player down.
