Aaron Woods has explained how the Kangaroos took a massive risk in booking a trip to Barcelona during the 2016 Four Nations tournament.

“(Coach) Mal Meninga told us if we win the second game we’ve got the whole third week off. All you’ve got to do is do the captains run and play,” Woods said on the Footy Talk League podcast.
“Cooper Cronk and JT got us all in a big group once the coaches had left,” Woods said.
