Chris Rogers’ Encouraging Update On Young Gun Will Pucovski

With the race to fill David Warner’s spot at the top of the Australia Test team heating up, Victoria coach Chris Rogers has given an update on aspirant Will Pucovski.

Pucovski made his debut alongside Warner in 2021, but has since battled injury and mental health challenges, which Rogers says the youngster is overcoming.

“He could definitely be back in the baggy green,” Rogers told Willow Talk.

“Without trying to give too much away, the concussions probably have masked what is the bigger issue for Will.”
