Excitement is building for motorsport enthusiasts as the biggest event in Australian motorsport returns to Mount Panorama this weekend, The Repco Bathurst 1000.
Former Bathurst champion and Penrite Racer David Reynolds joined The Triple M Breakfast with Marto, Margaux and Dan and provided insights to the controversial debates of if V8 Supercar drivers really athletes.
“Adelaide last year was 35 degrees I think? So my car sat at 65, and it got to 71 degrees, and I just sit there for two hours, and literally need to concentrate every second of every hour. It’s a very intense job we do.” Said Reynolds.
