Leigh Montagna has offered a solution for the goal review process after the debacle in Adelaide on Saturday night.
Montagna & Damian Barrett debated letting play continue and putting time back on the clock if an error is found.
“I’m still of the view, they should let the players play on,” Montagna said.
“If the ARC looks at it and says ‘No, no we’ve reviewed it and seen that that’s a goal’. Blow the whistle and call it back.”
“You could put the time back on the clock.
“Other sports do it. Rugby league do it, ice hockey, soccer now with the VAR. They let them play, then they go back and review it.
