Leigh Montagna Explains Why Luke Beveridge Is Trying To Regenerate The Bulldogs List

Leigh Montagna has explained why Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge has decided the regenerate the Bulldogs list.

Montagna suggested that Beveridge has identified that his list isn’t capable of contending for a flag after falling short in 2022 & 2023.

“I’m in a slightly different camp, Damo,” Montagna said.

MONTAGNA BACKS BEVO:

“I don’t think it’s mixed messaging, I think it’s pretty clear where they’re at.”

“They are trying to evolve their list and their team on the run while still being competitive now.”

“It’s probably the right thing to do because they’ve probably realised the group that they’ve got are not good enough to win a premiership or make them a genuine contender.”
