NSWRL Not Happy With Michael Maguire Blues Exit

NSWRL, the governing body that oversees NSW Blues are not happy with former coach Michael Maguire after he jumped ship to sign with Brisbane Broncos.

Both Danny Weidler and Michael Chammas go into detail on Footy Talk League Journos Show about the issues Madge’s exit has caused as now NSWRL are left scrambling to find a new coach.

LISTEN HERE:

“Michael Maguire is the one who wanted a two-year deal,” said Weidler.

“They were happy to just do one.”

Whilst Michael Chammas questioned NSWRL for not understanding that the moment Kevin Walters and the Broncos parted ways, why wouldn’t they have instantly asked Maguire if he had any interest in the job.
