“He Just Needs To Go Out There And Obliterate the Eels” | Girds On Latrell’s Origin Hopes

Latrell could be back in the frame for Origin after an ever growing list of Blues players being crossed out of the series due to injuries.

Ryan Girdler thinks the spot is Latrell’s if he wants badly enough, suggesting just needs to put his head down and play the kind of footy we all know he’s capable of.

“I mean if he wants to play I think the best thing you can do, he doesn’t need to pick up the phone he just needs to go out there and obliterate the Eels tomorrow.” said Girdler

“His form hasn’t been that bad but probably hasn’t been to the level that we know, that he can play and therefore he’s got an opportunity over the weekend just to really put his hand up and tell Madge that he wants that spot – because it’s available.”
