The St George-Illawarra Dragons are mystified by prop Francis Molo’s request to be released from his contract.
“They’re absolutely mystified why this has come up now and why he wants out.” said Buzz Rothfield on Footy Talk League.

“I suspect that his agent might have had interest elsewhere, I can guarantee he’s had no falling out with anyone down there – they are so mystified.”
It’s a headache the Dragons can hardly afford to have after a deal to bring Matt Lodge to the club fell through, leaving them very thin on middle forwards even without the prospect of Molo heading elsewhere.
