The Palestinian Health Ministry says more than 50,000 people have been killed in Gaza by Israel since the start of the war 17 months ago.
It comes as Israel renewed its operations in the region, after shattering the fragile ceasefire last week.

The ministry says the most recent attacks have killed 673 people in the strip, while a third of those children.
Israel’s Defence Force maintains they’re targeting Hamas, not civilians, and had issued evacuations warnings to civilians ahead of the attacks.
Over the weekend fighting resumed in Lebanon as well, with Israel carrying out a wave of deadly strikes in the country’s south.
According to Lebanon’s Health Ministry at least seven people have been killed, including a child and 40 others.
The IDF saying they were responding to Hezbollah rockets fired into Israel.
It’s the most significant flare up in tensions between the neighbouring country since their ceasefire started in November last year.
