Andrew Lickley’s Disappearance Sparks Police Appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Port Macquarie.

Andrew Lickley was last seen at a home on Kalinda Drive at about 5:15am on January 16, 2024.

The 54-year-old failed to return home after finishing a shift in the Wauchope area.

Officers from Manning/Great Lakes Police District were notified on the same day, commencing inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police arrived at the Ellenborough Falls at Elands, around 85km south-west Port Macquarie about 10am on the same day as part of the inquiries. 

With the help of specialist NSW Police resources, SES, VRA, RFS and NSW Ambulance, local officers conducted comprehensive research of the area. 

Despite the joint efforts, Mr Lickley has yet to be located. 

Police will continue carrying out extensive research today, with family and police holding serious concerns for his welfare.

Mr Lickley is described as 185cm with a Caucasian appearance. He is thin, with short brown greying hair and blue eyes.

It is unclear what clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

Police are urging individuals with relevant information on Mr Lickley’s whereabouts to contact Port Macquarie Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
