Fitness mum, blogger and podcaster, @stephclairesmith, is dominating in all forms of the game and as we’re leading into HBF’s Run For A Reason on Sunday May 21, she’s shared some gold tips on how to stay motivated and ready yourself for the big day.
One absolute nugget of gold is to make it as easy as you can for yourself the night before a planned workout. Lay out your fitness attire and plan your workout so you’re ready to go the moment you wake up.
Of course, you could also choose to be like Kymba and actually sleep in your activewear 😉
As you’ll hear in the chat above, Steph also goes into detail about the “time” it takes to work out.
“We’re all busy. We’re all leading very busy lives, trying to do a lot of things,
“Health is something we do need to prioritise.”
Especially when you have little helpers on board to keep you going.
