As we get ready for the big HBF Run For A Reason on May on Sunday 21 May, Pete, Matt and Kymba are talking to various people about ways and means to keep fit and build fitness for a big event like this.
We finish the series by chatting with Brendan from Landsdale. He’s in his 40s and he trains with Pete at EPW… Yes, that’s right. He wrestles to keep fit.
As you’ll hear, Brendan has a great story as to why he chose wrestling to keep fit. Brendan went to EPW as a “broken bloke”. “Unfit, poor mental health”, and he’s managed to turn that around. What a legend!
