SCORE! Girl Finds Ultra Rare Diamond In Public US Park

How’s this for a story. Last week, a 7-year-old girl in America was walking with her dad and grandfather in a state park in Arkansas when she stopped for a rest.

Nek minute, she’s holding a “super rare” 2.95-carat brown diamond that she saw lying on the ground, estimated to be worth anywhere up to $50K.

LISTEN:

As Kymba reveals above, it’s not even the biggest diamond found in that park this year. There was a 3.29-carat brown diamond discovered in March, according to a statement from Arkansas State Parks.

Oh yeah. The park is called the Crater of Diamonds State Park. It features a 37.5-acre diamond search area, which is essentially a plowed field on top of the surface of an ancient volcano.

A diamond bearing volcano. We’re in! Now, how do we pay for the flights?
