Last year Matty Acton walked 50km to raise over $80,000 for Men’s mental health.
This year he is back again partnering with Top Blokes Foundation.
Every dollar that is donated today will be DOUBLED… you can donate here!
World Mental Health Day strives to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health.
“Every hour around the world, 80 men commit suicide,” Matty said.
“Young boys just need to know that someone is there who cares.”
The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.
