What makes it interesting though, is she did it while Amy Shark was in the studio.

She has a brand new single that she’s peddling, plus another blockbuster season of Australian Idol on the panel.
She was blindsided in the studio with Hughesy, Ed & Erin though, when Erin pulled out a book.
That book contained a series of DEEP lyrics she’d been writing.
Erin is a writer by trade, with a long and illustrious history as a journalist.
It makes sense that she could dip her toe in the songwriting water.
But it begs an extremely important question. Do her skills as a writer TRANSLATE!?
