It all went off on Kitchen Reveal night on ‘The Block’ last night as Kristy and Brett didn’t react well to Eliza and Liberty using a ‘Secret Gnome’ as the girls took home their first room win. Speaking to Gold Coast’s SEAFM, Eliza and Liberty shared how they felt after the “shots fired”.
Eliza said get ready for things to erupt even more this week on the show as the bad blood continues to bubble, especially around Kristy and Brett from House 3.
“They look like sore losers,” said Eliza, who added “You’ll see it all come to a head.”
Speaking to the SEAFM Gold Coast breakfast show, ‘Bianca, Ben & Lakey’, the girls also shared the relief at winning Kitchen Week thanks to their bold choice of styling including a bright orange Smeg oven. They even got a ’10’, which means their coffers are boosted by a much-needed $20,000 ahead of the last few weeks of the competition.
The girls have been doing it tough with lots of sleepless nights – which was the reason behind them getting driven by production teams occasionally, a favour that Kristy put down to “preferential treatment” but Eliza said was more “duty of care” given how exhausted they were and therefore not fit to drive.
She also laughed at how their personal hygiene suffered on The Block, thanks to the conditions, late nights and little time for washing.
“We were absolutely disgusting. Which is probably why we didn’t pick up, which was our main aim in going on the show in the first place!”
Did the girls pick up in the end? Are they still single now? Listen above to find out!
Keep tuned to Bianca, Ben & Lakey to know what’s going on in the Gold Coast and all the latest insights from The Block!
