For most of us a 5km run is a good workout, for Nedd Brockmann that’s light stroll.
The 24 year old former sparkie became the fastest man to ever run across the country last year when he completed the journey in just 46 days while raising money for the homelessness.
“It’s always been my intention to do good in the world” said Brockmann.
“Everything I do is because I want to make the most of this life.”
“I want to make the most of every single moment.”
