There’s A New Phobia Circulating On TikTok And You Might Have It

As if there weren’t enough things for us to be afraid of in the world, a new phobia has just been brought to our attention and we are feeling personally attacked. 

It’s pretty safe to say that most of us have some type of random fear, whether it’s a fear of heights or a fear of spiders – we all have something. 

Well, apparently a random fear which we didn’t know existed has been making the rounds on social media and people are only just learning that they might have it. 

Oh Great ANOTHER Phobia To Add To My List

“Now, apparently, it is more common than you think. It is a new fear. It is called submecnaphobia,” producer Nat said. 

So basically, the phobia refers to a fear of “manmade objects underwater” – think shipwrecks or statues. 

While the phobia is pretty new, the fear itself has probably been around for YONKS and thanks to the virality of social media, we now have a test for it which naturally, Christian volunteers to take.
